Add, edit, and delete memories from the dashboard

Until now the dashboard could only delete or tag memories in bulk. If one memory was out of date, the only way to fix it was to ask your agent. Now you can make the change yourself in a few clicks.

• Edit any memory. Click the pencil on a row to change its value, tags, or expiry. The key stays the same, so your agents keep finding it.
• Choose how long it lasts. Keep the current expiry, make the memory permanent, or set it to expire in a number of minutes, hours, or days.
• Add memories by hand. Use Add memory on the Memories tab to store something your agents should know before they've learned it themselves.
• Delete just one. Click the trash icon on a row, confirm, and only that memory is removed.

Every change shows up in your audit log, just like changes made by your agents.
